Renovation of a 4,800 sf office space in NYC's Greenwich Village area. Completed in late 2016 with DMDesign (Interior Designer).
Full design & gut renovation of existing 2nd, 3rd, & 4th floors (21,500 sf) into new office co-work spaces, including elevator modernization/replacement & extension for future rooftop use in NYC's booming Nomad district. Completed early 2017 with DMDesign (Interior Designer for 2nd & 3rd floors).
